    Kids need to learn to rest so they can be their best—and this low-cost, effective classroom initiative is the perfect stigma-free entry point to sleep literacy. The lessons require minimal preparation, easily slot into teachers’ schedules, and include at-home activities to ensure every student’s family supports their quest for rest!

     

    The ZzzPower™ Sleep Program

    Target audience: Kindergarten to Grade 2 students

    WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

    It is with the greatest pleasure that I bring your attention to the ZzzPower Sleep Program and its related educational materials.

     

    This program is founded on sound science and clinical experience. As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, I commonly encounter children who experience sleep difficulties. These can lead to mental and physical health problems if not addressed.

     

    This program, with its resources for educators, age-appropriate materials for youngsters, and advice for families, represents state-of-the-art in sleep science.  That it is packaged in a format friendly to busy teachers, parents, and children is part of its secret to success.
