WHY WE DO IT

We cultivate children's well-being using a simple, powerful tool: Education on healthy sleep

Chronic sleep disruptions set the stage for negative thinking, depression, anxiety and emotional vulnerability. A good night's sleep helps foster both mental and emotional resilience.

 

As a global pandemic unfolds, sleep's link to mental health needs to be leveraged more than ever. 

Together with teachers, parents, and health authorities, we get evidence-based, approachable, and actionable books and school programs into children's hands so families can start self-care early and fuel a lifetime of healthy sleep and improved mental well-being.
